Space, sun and dust
East Lake Village, the tracts off Bastanchury, the newer developments up toward Savi Ranch — almost all of it has driveway space we can work around freely, which is a genuine luxury compared with an apartment space in Fullerton.
The trade is exposure. Yorba Linda gets full sun and, in Santa Ana season, a lot of airborne dirt coming down the canyon. Paint here picks up a dull film faster than it does in shaded Fullerton, and that’s an exterior problem rather than an interior one.
